1. The only negative was we didn't get our 2 bottles of water one day that we paid for with the resort fee and they accidently checked us out 2 days early and we were locked out of our room after a very long, exhausting day at Magic Kingdom but they corrected the problem quickly.

4. Upon checking in, I told Marie ( I think that was her name) about what happened and she was on the problem in seconds, she left and returned with the Valet Supervisor who placed our vehicle in the VIP section and apologized.

5. As I was waiting to check-in, one family came back to the front to switch rooms, so the hotel may still have some of the problems mentioned in earlier reviews, but our room was great.
