1. Other than the lack of that service, we had a great time.

2. The hotel was ok - nice rooms and decor - but the service was lacking; upon check-in, the bathroom looked unclean (there were coins on the floor; the baththub had soap scum traces; there was a used shampoo bottle on the sink counter).

4. We did not miss the lack of the "Disney" theme in the hotel as the gift shop, "Daisy's Garden" was full of Disney items.
