2. The hotel left voicemail on my phone to talk about people speaking in the hotel, and I thought I was on vacation far away from sales calls, bad form in my opinion.

3. The room was average, I had a room with a balcony to watch the fireworks over Epcot, probably would not do so again, bad planning on my part since we were in the parks, and only once caught a glimpse of the fireworks in the sky.

5. The hall itself was rather industrial in nature with massive garage doors at one end badly in need of painting.

8. I am glad we got the room at a discounted price but if I would have known ahead of time how bad it was I would not have chosen the Dolphin.

9. My only "complaints" are that we didn't get the complimentary daily bottles of water we were supposed to get as part of the Amex deal, and the food at the soda fountain and the cafeteria is "good" (not bad / not outstanding).

10. parking a pain as you have to park quite a distance away from the entrance (unless you pay extra for valet parking)Not a bad base, but those expecting 5star service and attention stay clear.
