1. After either going to the Swan or Dolphin 16 times since they opened - The rooms - especially the bathrooms and HVAC system in the upper floors are in poor condition.

7. The noise from the next room was incredible for a hotel of this stature and the door to the balcony was in poor condition with the handle inoperable and a new lock drilled into the frame.
