2. 15am - Guest Services rang to ask if we were in, as the maintaince guy was in the hall to fix a towel rail and the do not disturb sign was on the door .

5. The room was missing a couple of ammenities and the decor is tired (which was not a big deal to me), most disturbing was that the bathtub was dirty with footprints, hair and visible dirt.

7. House keeping is passable, but though I've had a vacuum banging against my door (where a Do Not disturb sign hangs) each morning prior to 7 AM, I don't think a vacuum has been in this room in quite a while.

8. I'm not quite as understanding when it comes to housekeepers yelling up and down the hallway for hours at a time at the crack of dawn with little regard for disturbing guests.
