1. If I had to have a complaint it would be the $10 a day extra charge for parking and the $10 a day resort fee that covers internet etc.

6. We had to move rooms three times, once because we were not given one of the newly renovated rooms and the second time because we were placed near the lifts which you could hear running through the night (a common complaint we were told).

7. There are plenty of channels on the tv to keep you occupied when needed(unless its raining hard then it goes out since it is satilite) My only complaints are the walls are kind of thin.

Room was very clean and in very good condition - we had only two minor complaints - Most days the room was not cleaned until late in the day - when you go out to the parks early in the morning it's nce to come back in the afternoon for a rest but on more than one ocasion our room was only just getting cleaned circ 3.

9. Our only complaint was that the room service did not come until late in the afternoon, even though we asked them to come early so that we could have our son take a nap in the afternoon.
