3. The only complaints I have about this resort are that the bathrooms in our room were a bit small, that it took a little longer than it should have to get a bellman to pick up our bags at the end of the trip and that the resort was difficult to navigate at times, but neither were bad enough to dampen our enthusiasm for this resort.

4. My wife and I both feel this has something to offer everyone - the choice of resturants is great and to have a 24 hour facility at Picabu`s is a boon to travellers like ourselves for the UK who alwyas find sleeping on the first night difficult.

8. Our only gripe was that it was difficult to get assistance with luggage as bellmen never seemed to be around or there were not enough of them.
