1. This is because of an error with our travel company (Kuoni) added to the fact that once we had been allocated a room it was dusty, damp smelling and also full of cobwebs.

2. why did we pay $125??? We weren't going to fight that battle but the bathroom again had no fan, the entire room smelled like mildew, the frame around the bathroom door was rusty, and the pullout bed was full of crumbs and who knows what else.

5. The only surprises we received was that the rooms were dirty, the customer service was poor, the rooms smell of cigarettes, and the walls were so thin that I could hear whole conversations through them which kept us up.
