1. I had requested a low floor, which they had in the computer, so there weren't any issues with that.

9. Just a couple on minor issues with the room; 1) gross stain (of some kind) on the ceramic bathroom floor that could not be removed it seems, but was slightly tacky to the touch, 2) shower nozzle was not properly secured and came off its sprout unless you were very careful.
