1. We were checked in my a 'Resort Manager' named Heather, who did not upgrade our room, did not give us access to the Executive Lounge, did not give us water coupons, barely spoke to us and seemed irritated when we asked how to get to our room.

2. Slight annoyance was the internet access - the wi fi in this place doesn`t work very well at all so you have to use the hard wire connection which is irritating if you want to take your laptop outside and use it.

4. The final irritation was that when you were walking through the lobby you were hit up by 2 Hilton Vacation Club desks each time you walked by.
