1. The room was alright, nothing special, but the rest of the hotel is outdated and dirty.

3. I asked if there was a room available with the view, the manager was kind enough to give us a room with a view without any charge, when we went up to our room, we were shocked with how small the room was, the beddings was stink and the floor was dirty.

5. The only surprises we received was that the rooms were dirty, the customer service was poor, the rooms smell of cigarettes, and the walls were so thin that I could hear whole conversations through them which kept us up.
