This a Big Thank you to CIndy (staff member) who helped me early in Feb 2012 My daughter and a friend were staying at this Hotel, unfortunately My Daughter and her Friend went to the North Shore for a Day Trip and were robbed passports cards and cash everything they were due to travel back to Australia the next day it was very messy luckly Cindy offered her assistance and advice after serveral phone calls from Australia between Cindy and myself everything got sorted and the Girls arrived home in Australia the next day.

2. We were on the 9th floor facing the main st and had to switch rooms as we got NO sleep the first night-also that bed was rock hard so we got switched to the 7th floor on the side street, still noisy unfortunately but quieter than the other side and bed a lot softer.

4. unfortunately, all the kitchenettes that we saw were slightly too cramped with limited space for meal preps and cleanup.

5. As we were flying from Australian Via Fiji our flight arrived at 5am and unfortunately couldn't check-in until after 2pm so it was a very long wait to see our room.

8. unfortunately the security guards now roaming the pool, and virtually all over and the added feeling of this is a nightclub atmosphere for the younger crowd doesn't sit well for families and the easy going feeling the years gone by.
