3. The pink line trolley picks up passengers next to whole bunch of smokers and i find it disgusting, I used the gym everyday and the exercise machines are clean and in great condition.

6. After a slight delay at check in (it was around midnight, with others from the same shuttle transfer so to be expected), where we were asked repeatedly if we were non-smokers ('definitely definitely non-smokers' we assured the check in staff) we made our way up to the room.

8. Also, despite their non-smoking policy, smokers are everywhere, and the vents in the bathroom connect the rooms, allowing one smoker in another room to stink up the whole place.
