1. Had issues with the one bedroom suite we had booked - patio door didn't close properly and there was a LOT of street noise, especially at night.

2. I had to get new keys issued about 5 times during our trip because either the key would stop working for the elevator and only work for the room or stop working for the room and only work in the elevator.
