1. The rooms are so tiny, we had no room for our luggage (which wasn't oversized or anything) and it was easier to go over the bed then around the bed because there were like 5 inches between the bed and the dresser.

4. The room (rm 109, 1st floor) was big, king bed (comfy), nice tv, TINY bathroom, view of the alley and wall of the building next door (we couldn't even tell if it was sunny outside), small fridge, safe in the closet.
