8. Yes there is alot of noise in the area (anything from 10th-13th Street around Collins/Ocean/Washington is going to have this problem - there is construction going on everywhere.

10. But on another note the purple walls make the room a little dark which of course when you're dressing at night could be a problem for the girls.
