1. Our check in was a bit trying as their credit card machine was allegedly not working and the desk clerk's nonchalance was a bit disturbing but we made it through.

2. Basically,upon arrival,kept the Do Not disturb sign on the whole time to ensure no one would come and ""try"" making the room any worse then what it was.
