3. The bathroom floor had urine stain on the floor by the toilet when we arrived and this stain remained until the day we left.

4. This hotel was very dirty, the windows leaked, the floors were not clean and the bedding was stained and the staff might as well not even be there they were unfriendly and not helpful.

7. Our room at the Kent showed many signs of neglect (broken stereo, damaged TV, loosely affixed bathroom hardware, stains on bedspread and bathroom walls, poor paint job, etc.
