1. Then the rooms have low ceilings, very dark and smelled of mildew.

2. There was food stuck to the rattan, the 'suite' smelled of mildew, there were no movies in the bedroom, to watch something, you had to sit in the living room on the uncomfortable, worn out stuff.

3. I did report the smell to the front desk and they were very attentive and sent housekeeping/maintenance to try to fix it but all they did was re-clean the floor.

4. I also love the bath products and the nice TV's but my main issues were the horrible musty smell, overall dirtiness in the 'not so obvious' spots, and the general wear and tear of the room, including 'rain' shower head which was so old and clogged that only half the holes were clear to spray.
