I wrote a letter to the general manager and will summarize my points below:Front desk staff extraordinairly rude and did not speak English well ( I live in Miami so I am used to the local culture); not only rude but extremely disorganized and lazyRoom service-food was cold and staff did not speak English to understand request for ketchup and PerrierHousekeeping-if you want to sleep in, this is not the place.

2. As for Juan, the pool supervisor, who ignored me and fobbed me off to a young server, when I was concerned about the noise,he was rude, ambivalent,and should not work with people.
