1. I've read a couple of complaints from people on here about noise, and yes, at weekends there is a little noise, but nothing excessive.

My last complaint was that we didn't end up staying a full 72 hours and we were charged that much for valet (even though they claim to charge by the hour) When we left it was very early in the morning and I didn't have the energy to argue with the person at the front desk but when I expressed my concern they gave me some lame excuse and charged me the full amount.

10. My only complaint would be that the sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony was almost impossible to open and close because its track was in such a state of disrepair.
