4. Two downsides are that the street noise in the room is a bit of a problem so bring a noise maker and e parking is valet and 26 bucks a night.

6. Only downside to the pool was that on the day we were there they closed it at 4:30 for a private event, and I saw a sign in the lobby saying that the next day - a Saturday - the pool would be closing at 2:30, again for a private event.

8. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE HOTEL IS FAR FROM THE BEACH(25 MIN CAB RIDE $30 EACH WAY) AND THERE IS NO POOL IN THE HOTEL UNTIL THE FALL OF 2008.
