1. Part of the problem is that the wall is built out in an arc into the room, effectively taking away five feet of space, which in room 431 is an even bigger problem.

2. I did have one problem, my television in my bedroom didn;t work, but i had two others to watch so i compensated.

3. Negative? the wifi is being worked on and was not in all rooms but was not a problem for me to sit in the patio area and have a beverage (maybe 2) and work on email.

4. we had a slight problem with our safe on arrival which took longer than we would have liked to sort out, meaning we couldn't head straight out as we had planned.

5. The rooms are spacious, I've never had a problem with the cleanliness of the hot tub except to say that they charge for filling (that's fine--I can live with that) but if that's the case and we're staying 2 or more days, please ask if we want it re-filled the next day when it's cleaned.

6. The biggest problem for me was that the rooms were very long and narrow and at the end of the room was a balcony that was covered in lattice and vegetation.

9. Two downsides are that the street noise in the room is a bit of a problem so bring a noise maker and e parking is valet and 26 bucks a night.
