I think that's what distinguishes this Four Seasons from other five star hotels -true service is all about anticipating needs and flexibility -all of the staff at the FS were true professionals and never failed to have a smile on their faces, but equally, it didn't feel forced or over formal -shorts/t-shirts were fine and you didn't feel uncomfortable being yourself.

7. I had the scrub, wrap and massage package, and the first two segments were enjoyable, but the 'Mele Wailea' massage was perhaps the most odd and uncomfortable treatment I have ever experienced.

8. We were very uncomfortable complaing about a free meal but it was simply in-edible and was our sole compensation for spending nearly 10k during a week of minimal service even after the power was restored.

9. I personally don't like feeling jammed up like sardines around a pool, but found the beach to be incredibly windy after the late morning, making for an uncomfortable experience laying out.

10. We were so tired after a very long and uncomfortable flight, when we got to the 4 Seasons we got a lei greeting and checked in very quickly.
