1. It seems that when they built the hotel they didn't have much room to work with so it felt a little cramped.

2. 'Garden View' is a euphemism for 'gardener's alley' -- it's the cramped landscape strip between the Four Seasons and the adjacent hotel, and it's where all the property maintenance staff start up their mowers and power tools, roll their service carts back and forth, etc.

5. New serenity pool is located in a far corner of the hotel grounds but it seems very cramped and having to sign up on a two-page waiting list for a chair or arrive at 7am to reserve a spot, doesn't exactly inspire tranquil feelings.
