1. We never had a problem finding a seat at the pool, in fact, we were allowed a cabana AND sun chairs to switch between the two when we got too hot.

4. Overlooking the parking lot was really not a problem because you really do not notice that your room overlooks a parking lot because the parking lot is covered.
