5. We are not people who complain, we try to take as much as we can, that's why we put up with the moldy room for 2 nights, started to buy food outside resort, etc.

7. On the subject of the serenity pool, we noticed that a lot of people complained about the limited chairs available and getting in line early in the morning to reserve one.
