1. Our only issue was we had requested a Ocean side king room and we were only able to get a double bed.

3. - my suggestion is to do it early in your trip when you are still jet-lagged :) With the access to the beach being limited, this filled up the pool quite a bit but there was never an issue with getting a chair or having too many people in the pool.

4. If you're going to be traveling about a lot outside the hotel during the day (golf, hiking, shopping, other beaches), then maybe the details and the price may not be as well appreciated, so I would consider that issue when reading this review.

5. We only had one issue with the concierge on our last day, she was supposed to schedule an airport pick up for us at 7:30pm but never called and we did not get a pick up till after 8pm.

6. I had a few issues with the serenity pool, one being that the sun isn't even out until at least 9-9:30am, and since it's shade, it's cold.

10. I think that the few minor staff issues were a result of the hotels low occupancy numbers and the hotel stretching their employees a bit to save some money.
