1. There were two small issues with the room (bathroom door stuck shut & bath drained slowly) but we mentioned it to a maintenance engineer we passed in the hall one night & he fixed both immediately.

2. The service was a bit slow, but we also showed up without reservations and they seated us right away, so I didn't blame the waiter - he was clearly busy.
