1. We thought that the towel tickets were a little annoying---who wants to steal bright yellow towels if you can afford to stay at a Hyatt.

5. We usually couldn't get in the lot right beside the hotel so we would park by the golf course and walk which was ok but a little annoying when carrying lots of stuff (occasionally we were offered a ride).
