5. To address some of the other comments I have seen consistently on the board:The rooms are defintely nothing to write home about and the tray on the counter over the mini fridge is outright ridiculous.

7. The noise poolside is so bad we have been going to other resorts and using their pool which is ridiculous the noise is non stop from 9-4 and for being a open air lobby the dust cloud just sits outside ur room.

10. I got a very decent rate online for the room; however, once we got there, we quickly realized that feeding a family of four at the hotel would be ridiculously expensive.
