1. I can't think of any negative experience at this hotel and would definitely go back.

2. The location at the far east end is more secluded than the rest of the hotels/restaurants on Kaanapali--a plus for some & a negative for others.

4. That being said, the Regency club did have the best internet access in the property which brings up the one truly negative aspect of our stay.

10. My negative comment is that even the Regency Club has that goofy snack tray taking up valuable counter space and is 'motion sensitive'.
