5. we got there early were the 1st in line for the special seating with promise of being seated 1st and fed 1st and watched the whole 1st row of tables fill with peope who arrived after us and were waved straight by us standing in line,when the lady behind us complained they took her in and also sat her in the 1st row promised we had assigned seats and well much later came back for us and sat us in 2nd row the show was good so was food DONT PAY EXTRA FOR SPECIAL SEATING.

7. Although Japengo is pricey (as some have complained), that is to be expected on Maui and the dinner was one of the best I've ever had.

8. Many reviewers have complained about the beach at the Hyatt but after spending an afternoon at the beach in front of the Sheraton we all agreed that we loved the beach down our end better.

10. Just concluded our trip to Maui, and stayed at the Hyatt for 9 nights in Jan-Feb 2012, and I will say, the renovations which everyone is complaining about, are done.
