1. Some genius said it was ok for a band to play outdoors all night long (very loudly) on certain nights.

10. Now for the CONS: We had hardly any problems, but like I said, at night, there is EXTREMELY loud music blasting from Fremont street, we could hear it loudly from our room, even though we were on the 11th floor and a few blocks away.
