1. downside with vintage rooms are they are small with no view from a small window and obviously older than the other rooms.

2. The downside was the casino - way too smoky too spend any time in, and the comps were poor compared to other downtown hotels - for the same time at the tables at El Cortez we received $4 compared with 2 free meals at the Queens.

3. Only downside was that there was no hairdryer and we had a room close to the lifts so it was very noisy.
