1. The one key negative of the very laid back feel however is that there is a lack of anticipation of the guest's needs and proactively delivering the service.

Areas for improvement or negs: service a bit spotty - front desk, restaurant and beach was good, but pool and spa was inconsistent; only one pool and it can get crowded; everything in town closes at 8pm so eat early or you'll eat at the hotel; with four restaurants, I would have like to see greater diversity; longer hours and more extensive service at the beach.
