The only complaint I have is due to a mistake the concierge made - we booked (nonrefundable) trips on the Trilogy Zodiac to do the Mammal Search, although my friend asked if it was ok for pregnant women, and was told by the concierge that it was, once we got to the boat, the Captain said it was not ok, and they had signs everywhere saying not recommended.

2. We didn't tip the guy who brought our luggage, a huge mistake I know now but we were distracted at the time and we just weren't sure about the tipping etiquette with a package deal.

3. We have not even left the resort on Lanai and I have been so disappointed that I felt the need to immediately post this review and perhaps save people from making a huge mistake.
