1. The rest of the staff has limited power, so it's really futile to bring any complaints to them.

The only complaint I have is due to a mistake the concierge made - we booked (nonrefundable) trips on the Trilogy Zodiac to do the Mammal Search, although my friend asked if it was ok for pregnant women, and was told by the concierge that it was, once we got to the boat, the Captain said it was not ok, and they had signs everywhere saying not recommended.

4. Our only complaint was that our room was close to an elevator and sort of loud, but we never even mustered up the energy to ask them to move us soit obviously didn't bother us all that much.
