4. I was annoyed and basically told the hotel to figure it out, since that wasn't good enough--we only had 3 days to dive, and eliminating 1 day out of 3 was not an option for a hotel that had advertised upon booking that we could dive all 3 days.

6. We did not find that the walk from the lobby was too long or annoying, we quite enjoyed walking through the gardens, especially at night when it was lit only by tiki torches.
