1. A few breakfasts we noticed other diners complaining about the service.

2. Some have complained about the trek from the hotel to the beach or even from their room to the front desk but for us it was a non-issue, and we took great delight in looking at all of the differently themed gardens (Japensese, Chinese, Hawaiian, etc).
