9. When we checked in with the front desk after dinner the night before, the front desk failed to let me know that a tsunami warning had been issued or that alarms would be going off at 6AM, which they defintely knew was going to happen.

10. You may have problems with the actuall room you book, they tend not to give what you ask for, when we were suppose to get a king bed, we had to stay in a doulbe for 2 nights until we got them to change us to the room we had booked, they were not friendly about the whole issue.
