9. The staff here were truly amazing and helpful after I lost the key to my rental car, the rooms were a bit lacking however but I didn't encounter any bugs.

10. Sure, we saw a bug, and the hotel was a little on the down side, but the rooms were OK, clean enough, good beds, and it was right there on the water.
