5. Yes it's cheap and yes the location is convenient and yes it has a nice pool and it's near the beach but it's beyond acceptably dirty and the bug thing really killed the deal.

6. The little ladies that clean this place do it old school, they scrub the tiles in the bathroom and they really vaccum, it was hard to find one grain of sand left in the bathtub and on the floor and trust me, we were sandy and dirty from exploring all day.

7. The grounds are rather well maintained and the (small) pools are clean, but despite the friendliness of the stuff the room was never thoroughly cleaned, every day something else was missing or was still as dirty as we left it.
