1. The planters in the wood behind the couch/beds near the bar are trashy, filled with junk, mixed dirt & rocks, and really should either be filled in with sand or rock.

7. We were told by hotel staff that the HORRIBLE POUNDING music from the lounge would be off by 12:00 am but no, this vibration rocked our room until 2:00 in the morning.

8. I would say that if you are going to stay downtown, the Hard rock Hotel has nicer/bigger rooms, a better pool, a more hip night scene, and has a much better location.

10. Parking was valet only at $36 and the hotel had both a fitness and a business center that we were able to use without a problemOverall I would recommend this hotel to a younger crowd in the Hard rock/Standard mold, and would tell my parents to book elsewhere.
