2. SE takes full responsibility for even a minor mistake, they punched in the wrong date for my check out, i had no problem just calling the front desk and just letting them know and to correct it.

6. The hotel is fairly non descript from the outside but there is no mistaking the extremely large, perfectly balanced door out front or the 10 + doormen that stand around outside, many of which do not really have an apparent job function.

7. We had a small issue with the 'free' WiFi as they tried to charge for it but this was soon resolved as was final bill which was charged twice by mistake.
