1. Upon arriving to my room, I noted that 2 light bulbs were out, 1 of the lamps had holes in the shade, and on 2 other lamps, the shades were broken and just hung on the lamps at random angles.

The stay was nice and comfy, although my first night stay was in a room with no fridge (broken) so being the person that I am I just hate complaining, still I went to the front desk the next day to let them know (hate it) they easily moved me to a new room but still I had to pack my stuff back into my suit case and make the move not such a big deal but still I'm wondering why wasn't that room replaced with a new fridge before they put me in, overall the staff was really nice and took care of every need but for what I paid I think they could of gave me a better room, maybe even a higher level.

4. My only criticism is that the thermostat in the room was broken - when I pointed it out to the bell boy, he stated that it looked like it had been punched, but then never sent anyone to come fix it.
