1. Personally I prefer this location in all of the city, it is within walking distance to everything, and it is a quieter location overall especially after dark when the city action is pumping very loud.

5. Yes, it was a little loud on the street and the pool area on Friday night, but it didnt really bother me at all, like I see it had the other commentors- perhaps because I am a New Yorker.

When I first came here I was very impressed by the big door (although I was a bit shaken by all the homeless people on the streets) Good: - very well designed rooms- nice pool- helpful staff- nice view- big rooms- nice and big TV (for those of you who like to sit in your room all day)- house of blues nearby ( but not so close it's loud)- comfortable beds- everything is very cleanand the bad: Hmmm.

8. They're undesirable rooms, because anyone in their right mind would be bothered by the loud thumping and cussing and yelling from it's drunken patrons.

9. We weren't disturbed by the House of Blues - it was the pool area at night that turns into an outdoor nightclub/bar with loud music pumped out on the weekends.
