I was going to bring these matters to the attention of the front desk worker, but when the person in front of me at the desk mentioned that he had NO hot water and the receptionist asked him if he knew how to work the faucet, I figured that my complaint would likely not be addressed adequately either, so I didn't bother.

8. My lone complaint about the room was my shower did not have hot water which was a shame because i wanted to spend some time there due to the spacious and design of the shower.

9. The only complaints were that there were no ice machines (our ice took two phone calls to finally get to our room), the shower was wheelchair access and therefore was a weird shower head with poor pressure, and parking was very expensive.
