1. The furniture and cabinets in the room were a bit old and worn, there was 1 flat screen TV and 2 ugly black box TVs in the rooms and we had a drainage issue and a burnt out light in the guest bathroom that was apparently missed by housekeeping and maintenance crew.

We are disappointed that this has also happened, Maybe only one $34 nightgown down but a devastated 5 yr old as this was worn on her makeover day at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique and somewhere else a happy 5-6 yr old? We don't understand why only this one item went missing and the suitcase was packed full also with a new Princess Tiana nightgown which wasn't taken.
