10. There are alot of good things to say about this hotel: - the three bedroom suite has spacious bedrooms/bathrooms - the pool looks great and has good hours (we never used it) - the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for use - the three bedroom suite has a really nice jacuzzi/bathtub feature - the outdoor terrace has a ceiling fan and is nice for unwinding in the evening - the beds are very comfortable - the property is centrally located to Disney and other parksHowever there are some negatives that many reviews gloss over: - the water pressure in the showers is very low, which makes it unpleasant and difficult to wash off or relax before hitting the hay - the hot water runs out early in the morning - a three bedroom suite for 8 only comes with 5 towels on a daily basis - the 'dining room' table is large enough for six, but you can't walk past it easily - half the buildings are in the back of the property and require traversing six or so parking lots to access, speed bumps and all - there is no bell service for bags, you need to find a luggage cart and haul your own luggage - there is only one luggage cart per building (with probably 50-60 units per building) - the staff, although very friendly, does not explain much when you check in (like where to find a luggage cart) - the master bedroom has a shuttered window to the bathroom that cannot be locked; perhaps a feature that is better suited for couples without kids - low lighting in the rooms makes the unit seem slightly seedy/depressing - pets are allowed to stay, which means the barking dog next door can be your early morning wake up callIn all, this hotel is nice, but seems to be too highly rated on tripadvisor given some of the property's challenges.
